Depth of investigation for hydraulically fractured wells: Field applications Conference Paper

This paper presents two examples to illustrate the uses of depth of investigation for hydraullically fractured wells in oil and gas reservoirs. Both high and low conductivity fractures are represented. We present calculations of depth of investigation for hydraulically fractured wells. We examine reservoir pressure distributions at different flow times.
