abstract
The main objective of this paper is to present a mathematical model of vugular or naturally fractured reservoirs with a radial discontinuity around the wellbore. This type of reservoir configuration is encountered in wells that are damaged, acidized, gravel-packed, or stimulated by cyclic steam soaking. This model is useful in predicting production performance or analyzing production data from these types of well-reservoir systems.
