abstract

  • A novel cooperative emission phenomenon is observed in In xGa1-xAs quantum dots created by strong magnetic confinement usin g fields up to 25 T and intense femtosecond laser excitation. The emission is reminiscent of superfluorescence. 2005 Optical Society of America.
