abstract
The use of screen-capture software toward meeting the objective of developing and sharing prerecorded software presentations is examined. This software provides an easy-to-use process for developing movie segments of any movements that appear on a computer screen, including any click or selections made by the instructor. A distributed web-based methodology is used to deliver these screen-capture movies to students. Results of this pretest prottest control-group study are presented and implications of the findings are discussed.
