abstract
This article provides an overview of the AuthorAID project, established by INASP in 2007 mainly to help researchers in developing countries to write about and publish their work. It summarizes the main components of AuthorAID: on-site and online instruction, mentoring, a blog, a resource library, an email discussion list, small grants, and embedding. It also includes information on the history of AuthorAID, examples of AuthorAID's impact, and discussion of how AuthorAID and editors can continue to work together.
