A NEW RECTENNA CIRCUIT USING A BOW-TIE ANTENNA FOR THE CONVERSION OF MICROWAVE-POWER TO DC POWER Academic Article

abstract

• A new rectenna circuit is described. The rectenna circuit uses a bowtie antenna integrated with a diode. The newly developed bowtie rectenna has a high conversion efficiency, is broadband, is not sensitive to the angle of the incident field, has a good match to its circuit, and behaves as a lowpass filter for dc output.
