abstract
Semiconductor electrolyte interface under illumination is studied by impedance technique. A new equivalent circuit is proposed which takes into account the sequence of events that occur at the interface. The number of surface states is calculated without any model assumption from the differential surface capacitance. It is shown that the surface states are induced by adsorbed ions. 1985.
