abstract
Filtering of microwave signals using coupled photonic ring resonators fabricated in the silica waveguide technology is described. Integrated thermo-optic phase shifters allow for control of the optical phase and the passband shape. Tuning of the microwave passband via optical wavelength and phase is demonstrated.
