abstract
Zn//xCd//1// minus //xS films with 0 less than equivalent to multiplied by less than equivalent to 1 have been deposited on glass and tin oxide/glass substrates. Film composition is nominally the same as that of the spray solution. Films have preferred C-axis orientation, with lattice parameter, resistivity and band gap variations similar to those of evaporated ZnCdS films. Wet and dry processed Cu//2S/ZnCdS junctions have been fabricated. V//o//c values over 0. 6v were obtained for x approximately greater than 0. 15, with a maximum value of 0. 75v being measured.
