abstract

  • This study deals with the development of a dynamic model for an industrial olefin polymerization plant (Borstar). The model captures the dynamic behaviour of the different process units, and accounts for molecular polymer properties and thermodynamic properties of polymer mixtures using an advanced equation of state.
