abstract
We investigate two-photon laser-induced fluorescence imaging of atomic hydrogen in premixed flames using picosecond- and nanosecond-duration laser pulses. Picosecond excitation produces significantly larger signals for interference-free detection in CH4/O2/N2 and H2/O2 flames. 2008 Optical Society of America.
