The v6a v' = 1 vibrational relaxation rate of s-tetrazine in n-hexane solution was measurer with high reliability using a picosecond streak camera. Calibration and means for accurate data processing are described in detail. We find that although weakly coupled, its vibrational relaxation occurs within 8 ps. 1980.
