abstract
The presentation related to the development of the predictive reconfiguration concept for shipboard power system is discussed. The predictive reconfiguration concept include typical and unique reconfiguration functions that are feasible because of the advanced technologies available on modern ships. The latest approach determines reconfiguration actions to prevent loss of supply and to restore power quickly to critical loads and change operating modes. The research will bring advanced solutions to shipboard power system with a goal of survivability and reduced manning.
