  • This paper presents high-order numerical solutions to the SN transport equation on unstructured triangular meshes using a Discontinuous Galerkin Finite Element Method (DGFEM). Hierarchical basis functions, up to order 4, are used for the spatial representation of the solution. Numerical results are provided for source-driven and eigenvalue problems. Convergence rates (as a function of the mesh size and CPU time) are discussed. 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
