abstract

  • We reply to the Comment by G. Assanto and N. F. Smyth regarding our paper. We show that most of the comments do not apply to our paper. We point out that the analysis of multidimensional nonlocal systems of partial differential equations in noisy media, which we considered, cannot be done using analogies with simplified one-dimensional systems without noise, advanced by the commentators. 2013 American Physical Society.
