abstract
In recent years, a number of manufacturing companies started using operational (non-financial) measures to evaluate the company's performance. The traditional financial performance evaluation systems do not provide feedback on the effectiveness of the new manufacturing technologies. Moreover, they are not sufficiently comprehensive to assess efforts to improve competitiveness through these new technologies. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to present a multi-criteria performance measurement model to quantify the effects of operational performance measures using the analytic network process (ANP). The presented performance model includes the competitive strategy and interdependence between the system criteria and achieves a more realistic and accurate representation of a manufacturing system.
