abstract
An algorithm for the real-time simulation of a full-wave-controlled rectifier bridge in a multiprocessor-based environment is presented. It is shown that every switch can be modeled as an inductor which is controlled by a local controller. As the topology of the circuit changes due to the closing and opening of the switches, it is shown that only one set of equations is needed to characterize the circuit. Simulation results are given.
