Self-Efficacy and Internet Usage - Measurement and Factorial Validity Conference Paper

abstract

• This study shows that user's Internet self-efficacy is a statistically significant predictor of Internet usage. The theoretical background related to self-efficacy is discussed and several propositions are advanced. It is shown that gender is correlated with the Internet self-efficacy.
