Structural equation modeling for confirming the self-efficacy instrument Conference Paper

abstract

• Using 199 responses, a confirmatory analysis of the computer self-efficacy scale is presented. Structural equation modeling (LISREL) confirmed a conceptually meaningful four-factor model that is tested for construct validity, item reliability, composite reliability, and discriminant validity. The recommended instrument contains 20 items and has high reliability and validity.
