abstract

  • Total number of species and species diversity were significantly higher at a rotation site than at a prairie or cotton site. Percentage germination of sclerotia recovered from the cotton site was significantly greater than from the other 2 sites. Fusarium solani, Penicillium crustosum and P. purpurogenum were most frequently isolated from the rotation site, Gliocladium roseum and Trichoderma pseudokoningii from the prairie site and Aspergillus ustus from the continuous cotton site. -from Authors
