abstract
This paper addresses relative motion orbits for formation flying satellites in which the primary disturnace is the differential J2 gravitational force. The various types of orbits are classified according to the number of constraints on the initial conditions or orbital elements. The various kinds of orbits in each category are identified and estimates given for the fuel requirement to maintain a bounded orbit.
