ROBUST CONTROL OF SPACECRAFT ROTATIONAL MANEUVERS.
Control of spacecraft rotational maneuvers with on-off thrusters is considered. Switching functions for the thruster control system are designed such that under certain conditions, the feedback system is insensitive to parameter variations and external disturbances. A scheme for iteratively improving the switching functions for improved transient response and thrust usage is proposed.
