abstract
Wide-band electrooptic intensity modulation at a wavelength of 1.3 m has been demonstrated in single mode channel waveguides in SBN:60 without repoling the substrates after processing at elevated temperatures. Waveguide losses were 0.7 dB/cm for both polarizations.
