First demonstration of an As2S3-on-LiNbO3ring resonator Conference Paper

abstract

• A race-track ring resonator with a 600m diameter and 25GHz free spectral range is demonstrated by vertically integrating arsenic-trisulfide (As2S3) waveguides with Ti-diffused LiNbO3waveguides. Measurements of the TM ring resonator response are presented. 2009 OSA.
