Search for Production of D*- by Pions near Threshold Academic Article

abstract

• We have searched for production of charmed mesons in the reaction -+ND*-+X, D*--+D0, D0K++- at a beam momentum of 10.5 GeV/c. We measure the cross section times branching ratio to be 720 nb/nucleon. 1978 The American Physical Society.
