abstract
Cocondensed amorphous BaCaCu alloy precursor films have been used to form thin film high Tc superconductors. The introduction of thallium into the thermally oxidized amorphous alloy by a separate chemical vapor deposition and thermal diffusion process provides a high degree of safety. Highly oriented, single-phase 2122 and 2021 films have been prepared on single crystal MgO substrates. 1991.
