Superconductivity in ultra-thin amorphous Mo-Ru films

abstract

• Resistance vs temperature, R(T), curves for ultra-thin homogeneous Mo-Ru films are analyzed using recent theories for the temperature dependence of the resistance in the insulating phase, and the suppression of the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, with increasing normal state sheet resistance, Ro, in the superconducting phase.
