• Rockwell Automation (RA) had to decide if and how to extend implementation of Customer Relationship Management to its distributors. While distributor and RA sales teams could collaborate on sales through extensive information sharing, issues such as distributor willingness to share, and how to sell the idea to distributors, remained.
