abstract

  • The Cerro Tololo Infrared Spectrometer has recently been upgraded to operate with the Santa Barbara Research Center 6258 indium antimonide array. The instrument provides resolutions from about a hundred up to several thousand over the wavelength range covered by photovoltaic InSb, from about 0.9 to 5 microns. This paper describes the design and operating characteristics of the instrument and dewar.
