abstract
We have established the feasibility of collective spontaneous recombination and superradiance of electron-hole plasma in strong magnetic fields B (105-106)G. The limiting parameters of ultrashort pulses are found. Linear and nonlinear stages of superradiance in unidirectional (without resonator) and single-mode (in resonator) regimes are investigated. The estimates for GaAs show that coherent pulses of recombination superradiance of duration (0.1-1)ps and intensity {greater-than or approximate}100 MW cm-2 may be obtained. 1991.
