abstract
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy of a highly-aligned single-walled carbon nanotube film reveals strongly anisotropic responses. The deduced complex dynamic conductivity clearly showed a non-Drude-like frequency dependence, with the real part showing a peak at ~ 4 THz. 2010 Optical Society of America.
