In this article the author discusses aspects of integrating executive training done by coaches from different field of sports to American Football. He notes that basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski and football coach John Gagliardi both achieved remarkable records with contrasting styles for their philosophies and practices in coaching. In addition, authoritarian leaders like Roy Keane can profit from adopting their practices in reinforcing maximum success in coaching players with ordinary skills.
