abstract
We obtain a representation theorem for module maps defined on the algebra K(H) of compact operators. This is used to show that the Haagerup tensor product of two operator algebras enjoys strong versions of Tomita's commutant theorem and the slice map property. We also give a general theorem concerning the automatic complete boundedness of module maps. 1991.
