abstract

  • Silicon waveguide resonator with quality factor Q~4x105 is demonstrated at wavelength =3.655um. The resonator is composed of m long silicon cavities and pairs of Bragg grating arrays and shows potential for use in integrated mid-infrared chemical sensing for lab-ona-chip applications. 2012 OSA.
