Novel Designs for On-chip Mid-Infrared Detectors Integrated with Chalcogenide Waveguides Conference Paper

abstract

• We present novel designs with corresponding simulation and measurement results showing a reduction in reflection for a waveguide-integrated, on-chip detector for the mid-infrared regime, using chalcogenide glass waveguides integrated with a PbTe detector. OSA/ANIC/IPR/Sensors/SL/SOF/SPPCom/2011.
