abstract
Two-dimensional photonic crystal waveguide structures were fabricated from BaTiO3thin film using focused ion beam method. At a wavelength of 1.55 m, drive voltage has a factor of 6.6 improvement compared to conventional waveguide structure. 2010 Optical Society of America.
