abstract

  • Bragg reflector waveguide was fabricated from BaTiO3thin film using low pressure nano-lithography. Its transmission spectrum around 1.55 m shows a 40% change over a 6 nm range. Velocity phase matching condition is discussed. 2007 OSA.
