  • Mid-Infrared optical sensing offers label-free biochemical identification because it overlaps with the characteristic absorption from a wide range of molecules. I will present chipscale mid-IR sensors using i. hybrid polymer-silicon nitride waveguides and ii. opto-nanofluidic slot waveguides. © 2015 OSA.
