  • The present work focuses on the microstructural evolution and resulting room temperature mechanical properties of Ti-6A1-4V and Ti-6Al-4V/TiC reinforced composite, severely deformed at different temperatures (550°C to 800°C) using Equal Channel Angular Extrusion (ECAE). The effects of the extrusion temperature and number of passes on the microstructural evolution and ambient temperature mechanical properties were investigated.
