The fatigue performance of an ultrafine-grained interstitial-free steel was investigated at elevated temperatures up to a homologous temperature of 0.39. The significantly altered cyclic stability under combined thermal-mechanical loading is attributed to localized grain growth. © 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
